Santillana Foundation is a private entity whose business is focused on the promotion of education, scientific research and dissemination of culture.
The constitution of the Foundation was held in the year 1979 and it is ruled by D. Ignacio Polanco. During these years of existence, the Foundation has been developing its initiatives both nationally and internationally, with particular attention to Latin American territories.
The Foundation's official headquarters are in Madrid and in Santillana del Mar its historical headquarters is located in the famous historic Don Borja Tower. Here historical exhibitions routinely take place, artistic and anthropological, related to Latin American countries.
